Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the entire lifecycle of software development projects, from planning to implementation. They will work closely with the software development, QA, and product management teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required quality. Proactive communication, precise organization, and a commitment to agile methodologies are key to this position.
Responsibilities
- Planning, tracking, and managing development sprints using Kanban methodology.
- Monitoring project progress, preparing reports and status updates for management.
- Ensuring effective communication between developers and business stakeholders.
- Identifying and helping to resolve obstacles and risks.
- Keeping project documentation up-to-date (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Facilitating team meetings, sprints, and retrospectives.
- Get familiar with GS1 standards and the GDSN network.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT project management.
- Knowledge and practical application of agile software development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in both Hungarian and English.
- Proficient use of Jira and Confluence software.
- Ability to understand and structure complex tasks.
- Proactive, "can-do" attitude and a team-player mindset.
- Precise and independent work.
Nice to Have
- Higher education in a relevant field.
- Experience coordinating software development teams.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
- A project management certification (e.g., PSM, PMP).
